The Magic of Simplicity (and Butter Roasted Carrots with Truffle and Rosemary)

The Magic of Simplicity (and Butter Roasted Carrots with Truffle and Rosemary)
The body loves simplicity: whole foods, in as close to their natural, vibrant state as possible.

The mind loves simplicity: focusing intently on the moment, rather than on our worries or endless to-do lists.

You’ll find more gorgeous vitality in stripping away the excess than in all the pills, potions, supplements, and “self-improvement” plans in the world.
