I wandered up and down a 30 pound weight loss for years.
I knew exactly how to eat to have the body I wanted (externally and internally) but I would always inevitably end up bingeing myself sick.
I so desperately wanted the overeating to end that I went on two long-term juice fasts. 90 days the first time and 70 the second. It never got me where I wanted.

How is this program presented?
This course is presented in 4 weeks worth of bi-weekly audios. Each audio will address a different facet of emotional eating so that your healing is holistic. You will receive the audios, as well as guided meditations via e-mail.
Is there a food protocol?
No. This is not a physical detox program so it doesn’t include any guidance on how to eat. This is all about removing mental and emotional blockage.
Will I be completely free of my eating issues after this program?
Perhaps but I would consider you quite superhuman if that were the case! Consider how long you’ve been dealing with your most troubling eating issues. Creating a beautiful relationship with food and your body takes time. What I want for you to have in these 4 weeks is a major mindset shift and the tools to continue your journey.
What do you mean when you say "detox"?
When I say “detox”, I mean anything that’s keeping you from being fully YOU. There is a lot of power in cleansing the body but taking care of ourselves physically will only take us so far. Removing mental and emotional blocks to freedom around food is equally (if not more) important.
